\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he confronted the suspect, who was urinating against the wall of a building located at the corner of the street. The suspect responded by yelling at the victim before punching the victim on his face. The victim fell to the ground and the suspect attempted to also kick the victim but the suspect missed. When the victim got on his feet again, the suspect punched him a second time. A witness observed the incident and yelled that he was going to call the police, which caused both the suspect and his friends to immediately flee the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that she was was at a bar and drunkenly made a comment to the bartender about her weight. The victim reported that the bartender then called the suspect, believed to be the bar’s bouncer, who came over to the victim and pinched her throat with his hands until she lost consciousness. The victim stated that the next thing she remembered was waking up outside of the bar. Afterwards, both she and her friends went to a another bar to continue their drinking. A witness, an employee from the first bar, reported that the victim was refused service because she became intoxicated and caused a scene by yelling loudly. The witness stated that other patrons pushed the victim out of the bar.<\/span><\/p>\n
