Warrant Arrest \u2013 Shoplifting \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 6:14 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 1700 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a shoplifting incident. The witness, a store employee, reported that the suspect had stolen several items of merchandise and was now lying on the ground outside the store. The witness also stated that the suspect entered the store on a daily basis and shoplifts cases of beer. Responding officers made contact with the suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated.<\/span>\u00a0A computer check on the suspect revealed that he had an active warrant out of San Mateo. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a stabbing and that the victim had taken himself to a hospital. Responding officers met with the victim, who reported that he had stopped behind the suspect’s vehicle while a funeral procession went by. When the light turned green, the suspect did not move his vehicle so the victim honked at him. The suspect responded by yelling at the victim from inside his vehicle and the victim made a rude gesture towards the suspect in return. Both the suspect and victim then yelled at each other from inside their vehicles before the victim exited his vehicle and approached the suspect. When the victim was close enough, the suspect cut the victim with a knife before driving away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
