Arrest Warrant \u2013 Possession of Burglary Tools \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n An officer was on patrol and observed that the subject, resting on a sidewalk, appeared to be unconscious. The officer made contact with the subject to conduct a well being check. Once conscious, the subject refused offers of assistance. A computer check revealed that the subject had a warrant for his arrest out of the Los Angeles area and that he also had a history of prior arrests for theft, vandalism and breaking into vehicles. A search of the subject revealed that he was in possession of items that did not belong to him as well as a window punch. \u00a0<\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
