A witness, a Safeway employee, reported that the suspect was in a checkout line and creating a scene while yelling at nearby people. Multiple members of the staff successfully escorted the suspect out of the store and onto the rooftop parking, where the suspect got into her vehicle and attempted to hit an employee on her way out of the parking lot.
