S1 did not know S2. S1 then followed S2 and struck him with a metal pipe for defensive purposes. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">Suspect 1 was arrested and Suspect 2 was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Investigative Detention<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 10:11am<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"> 100 Broadmoor Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Officers responded to a call regarding suspicious activity by a suspect who was looking into car windows. Suspect was seen at a resident\u2019s house, where the owner did not know the suspect. Officers located the suspect and after a computer check, it was revealed that he had a misdemeanor warrant.
