Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3700 Lincoln Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol and observed a vehicle without tail lights and a brake light that did not light up when the vehicle was stopped.<\/span>\u00a0The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver was unable to provide any proof of insurance. It was also revealed that the driver had been cited previously for driving under a suspended license. <\/span>The driver was cited<\/span> and his vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a fight between a resident and a contractor. The victim stated that he was at the suspect\u2019s house to repair a water heater. When the victim told the suspect that he was done with the repairs, the suspect refused to let the victim out of the house due to an improperly finished job on the water heater. The victim reported that he told the suspect that he wanted to leave multiple times but the suspect refused to let him out of the house. The suspect confirmed that the victim came to fix the water heater but wanted an invoice to figure out what was wrong but refused to provide paperwork. The suspect denied refusing to let the victim leave the house. After<\/span>\u00a0further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
