Heroin Offense \u2013 Methamphetamine Offense – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Noriega St & 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a request for a wellbeing check on an unknown male, the suspect, who was inside a vehicle. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed that the suspect\u00a0<\/span>had a search condition based on Post Release Community Supervision. \u00a0A search of the suspect’s car located a can with a false bottom containing methamphetamine and heroin. Further investigation revealed that the suspect had fraudulently rented his vehicle. <\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n A sergeant was on patrol in the area when he observed a vehicle with an expired registration sticker from 2015. The sergeant conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had also been expired since 2002. Additionally, the driver was recently cited for driving without a valid license. The driver was cited and his vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
