Warrant Arrest \u2013 Battery \u2013 Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\n 1300 46th Ave<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to the hospital regarding an incident of a battery. Responding officers made contact with the subject, who had just been discharged from the hospital. The subject reported that he had been kicked in the mouth by a known suspect near a 7-11 store but was unwilling to answer further questions and became uncooperative. A\u00a0<\/span>computer check on the subject revealed that he had a warrant out of Pacifica. <\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License- Cited<\/strong><\/span>

\n 41st Ave & Taraval St<\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were proceeding through an intersection when a vehicle, which had failed to stop and yield to the officer’s vehicle, narrowly missed colliding with the officer’s vehicle. \u00a0<\/span>The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 1300 La Playa St<\/strong><\/span>
\n An officer responded to a report of a known subject, who had a previous history of the same citation, was again trespassing at a restaurant. Responding officers made contact with the victim, who requested that the subject be arrested. The subject was located at a corner by the restaurant and after further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span>subject was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
