Assault<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n The victim entered Taraval Station to report an assault. The victim stated that the suspect, his roommate, was angry \u00a0at the victim for placing the blame of an apartment eviction on the suspect. While the victim was visiting a friend where the suspect was also in attendance, the suspect struck the victim with an open car door before punching and kicking the victim while the victim on the ground. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Driving While Under the Influence \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 8:58 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 100 Majestic Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a drunk driver. The witness reported that she was driving when she observed the vehicle driving recklessly on the freeway. The witness followed the vehicle and noted that it failed to stop at multiple stop signs or would stop at an intersection for an extended amount of time without moving. Responding officers located the driver, who was slumped over the steering wheel and not moving while the vehicle engine and lights remained on. <\/span>After further investigation and tests, the officers confirmed that the driver was intoxicated. The officers\u00a0successfully\u00a0placed the driver in handcuff and into the patrol vehicle, despite the driver kicking the\u00a0vehicle and biting the officers.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
