Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a detained shoplifter. Loss prevention officers declined to press charges but a computer on the suspect revealed a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery on a Police Officer \u2013 resisting Arrest \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a person acting strangely. Responding officers located the suspect, who was holding on to a baseball bat. The officers ordered the suspect to drop the bat but the suspect refused and replied with a string of nonsensical words at the officers. The officers were successful in removing the bat away from the suspect, despite the suspect’s continued resistance. <\/span>The suspect was cited<\/span> and taken to the hospital for a mental evaluation.<\/span><\/p>\n
