Violation of Stay Away \u2013 Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1400 41st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a stay away order violation. The victim reported that the suspect, his son, had come over to the house and rang the doorbell. However, the suspect had a stay away order and were not supposed to approach the victim or his wife. Responding officers located the suspect nearby and detained him. A computer check revealed that the stay away order was current and that the suspect had also violated the order several times previously. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
