Disturbing the Peace \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 1100 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded a report of a noise complain and made contact with both parties who both blamed each other for making too much noise. Party One stated that the neighbor (Party Two) had been banging on the wall, which caused his daughter to remain awake and unable to fall asleep. Party One went to Party Two’s house and rang the door bell to tell the neighbor to quiet down. Party Two responded that the ringing doorbell caused him to be unable to fall asleep. Both parties requested that the officers cite the other party. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Bothe parties were cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n 2300 Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser in Safeway. The witness, a manager, told the officers that the suspect had a known history of trespassing and had started living in the fire escape of the building. The suspect had been previously advised, multiple times, by the witness and officers to no avail. <\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
