Driving While Intoxicated \u2013 Vehicle Collision \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a vehicle collision. The witness reported that they had heard a crash and when he went out to investigate, he observed a damaged vehicle that was parked nearby. The driver stated that he was driving when he had to swerve and hit another car. The driver was also sweaty with watery eyes and slurred speech which are common signs of intoxication. After further investigation and a failed Field Sobriety test, the driver was cited<\/span> for driving under the influence. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
