Loaded Firearm in Vehicle \u2013 Marijuana Offense<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n San Jose Ave & De Long St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a hit and run. A witness reported that the suspect had struck a parked vehicle and then immediately fled. Responding officers located the suspect’s vehicle and observed that there were three large bags<\/span>\u00a0of marijuana, a black ski mask and gloves in addition to a loaded firearm. <\/span>\u00a0The vehicle was towed for further investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Lee Ave & Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim reported that she was on the MUNI with her friend, the suspect when the suspect began to call the victim names. \u00a0The victim and suspect then exited the MUNI when the suspect grabbed the victim’s hair, threw her to the ground and kicked her in the head. Responding officers spoke to the suspect, who stated that the victim had called her names which had angered her before she assaulted the victim.\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation,<\/span> the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of juveniles suspiciously looking into houses. The witness reported that several juveniles had entered an abandoned apartment. Responding officers approached the apartment and made contact with the juveniles inside the apartment, who had left one of the apartment’s doors ajar.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0The officers advised the juveniles not to return and released them to their guardians.<\/span><\/p>\n
