Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 700 Gonzalez<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The witness, a security employee, reported that the suspect had been observed walking into the building after a review of the building’s security videos. The witness stated that the suspect had a previous history of trespassing and had been warned multiple times to not enter the building. The suspect was located\u00a0<\/span>and cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Vandalism to Property – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 2:40 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a fight. The victim reported that the suspect had yelled at him without an apparent reason while at Stonestown mall. The victim responding by yelling back at the suspect. The suspect, with a group of his friends, retaliated by pushing the victim on to the floor and began kicking and punching him. The fight was broken up by mall security but the victim, who was upset, attempted to follow the suspects to get a photo of them. One of the suspects knocked the victim’s phone out of his hands, which fell to the ground and was damaged. \u00a0The victim followed the suspect again and another fight ensued. Shortly after, responding officers arrived and detained two of the suspects. \u00a0<\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a home invasion. The victim reported that three suspects had entered the home and had pointed guns at them. The suspects searched the victim’s home but did not seem to find what they were looking for. One of the suspects struck the victim on the head and demanded to know where the drugs were. The suspects then fled with the victim’s valuables after another unsuccessful search. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
