Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n Officers responded to a report of a person breaking into a garage. Responding officers were searching the garage when someone was heard screaming for help in the backyard. The officers investigated and discovered that the suspect was in an adjacent backyard and was yelling for help. A witness reported that they had heard the suspect going into the garage and making a lot of noise while yelling before the suspect climbed over to a neighbor’s backyard and continued yelling. The witness did not recognize the suspect.\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation, the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of a trespasser. The victim reported that items were missing from his property, which was vacant. The victim investigated and found that a back window had been broken. Responding officers searched the property and located the suspect in one of the rooms. A computer check on the suspect revealed two arrest warrants for burglary and for the possession of stolen property. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Officers responded to a report of an incident of mutual battery. Both parties, a father and a son, wanted the other party arrested after an argument where they both pushed each other.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>both parties were cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
