Warrant Arrest \u2013 Consuming Alcohol in Public \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n TNT officers were in the area conducting auto boost abatement. The officers observed a subject wandering in between parked vehicles while drinking a can of beer. The subject was detained and a computer check on the subject revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest out of Oakland. The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n 19th Ave & Noriega St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle with an expired registration tab on the license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had also been expired since January 2018. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vandalism \u2013 Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2300 19th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to the gas station regarding a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect had entered the store and made a purchase. After the suspect received his change from the victim, the suspect started walking out of the store. However, the suspect suddenly stopped and threw the change back at the victim. The victim asked the suspect leave but the suspect punched the victim and slammed the door, hard enough to cause the window to crack, before exiting and leaving the location. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
