Search Warrant<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n 7:30 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Bayview District<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers from the Taraval Station Investigation team obtained a search warrant in regards to a suspect who was involved in an incident of a group<\/span>\u00a0battery of a victim at the Stonestown mall, which had occurred previously. The o<\/span>fficers responded to the suspect’s location and arrested the suspect<\/span>. A search of the suspect’s home also located evidence from the battery incident. The team was also successful in developing cause and linking a second suspect to the incident.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n Ulloa St & West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a battery. The witness, a MUNI worker, reported that the suspect had punched a victim in the face before immediately fleeing. Responding officers, with the help of several witnesses, located and detained the suspect. The victim reported that she was near the front entrance of the tunnel when the suspect walked by and suddenly punched her. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n 2200 Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n Officers responded to a report of a suspect attempting to steal beverages. Responding officers located a person matching the description given by the witness and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant. The witness reported that the suspect did not actually steal anything. \u00a0Due to the warrant, however, the<\/span><\/span>\u00a0suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
