\nOfficers responded to a report of a shooting. The victim reported that he and his friends were in a vehicle and smoking marijuana when an unknown suspect walked up to them and fired several rounds into their vehicle. The victim was the only person struck by the bullets and was driven to a hospital by a relative. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
