Assault \u2013 Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he was walking by the suspect and a woman, who were both sitting down. The victim asked the suspect for a cigarette but the suspect refused and cursed at the victim. The victim cursed back and the suspect responded by suddenly punching the victim. The victim fell to the ground and the suspect kicked the victim in the head before immediately fleeing the area.\u00a0<\/span>A witness stated that he had been walking down the street when he observed two males arguing before the suspect suddenly punched the victim. The victim fell onto the ground and the suspect kicked him in the head before fleeing. Responding officers searched and located the suspect.<\/span>\u00a0A computer check on the suspect revealed three warrants. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. Officers determine that the suspect, the victim\u2019s brother, had pushed her down the stairs after an argument. The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
