\nOfficers responded to a report of a person with a gun. The witness reported that the suspect had been observed with a gun tucked into his waistband. Responding officers located the suspect and detained him without incident. A search of the suspect located the gun, which was a replica BB gun with the orange tip shaved off. The suspect stated that he had found the BB gun and that it did not belong to him.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
