\nOfficers responded to a report of an incident of vandalism. The witness, an employee of Target, reported that the suspect had entered the store and had a history of shoplifting. The witness then observed the suspect pulling a speaker out of it’s housing, causing damages to the unit. Responding officers arrived and detained the suspect. After further investigation, the suspect was arrested. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
