\nOfficers responded to a report of a vehicle hit and run collision. Responding officers arrived and made contact with the driver, who appeared to be intoxicated. The officers attempted to conduct an investigation and testing but the driver refused to comply. The officers obtained a warrant for a blood draw and the driver was later cited<\/span> for driving while intoxicated. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had observed the suspect harassing female passengers while on a LRV and confronted the suspect. The suspect responded that the victim should mind his own business before spitting at on him. Responding officers located the suspect, who was still on scene. After further investigation, the suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
