Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle slowing down at a stop sign but failing to make a complete stop. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been suspended. The driver had been cited three times previously for the same offense.\u00a0<\/span>The driver was cited<\/span> and his vehicle was towed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Possession of a Prohibited Weapon – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a loud noise and an unknown suspect outside the victim’s apartment. Responding officers located the suspect, who was a block away, and detained him. A search of the suspect revealed a Taser located in the suspect’s pocket. A computer check also revealed that the suspect had a warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The first party reported that they arrived to serve the second party a restraining order but the second party refused to accept it. Both parties then stated that the other party had grabbed and pushed them. Both parties requested to press charges. After further investigation, both parties were cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
