Shoplifting \u2013 Warrant \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to Target regarding a shoplifter. The witness, a loss prevention employee, reported that the suspect was observed entering the store and placing numerous items of merchandise into his jacket before attempting to walk out of the store without paying. The witness detained the suspect without incident and recovered approximately $500 worth of stolen merchandise. <\/span>A computer check on the suspect revealed 3 warrants for his arrest out of San Mateo and Marin. <\/span>The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers met with the victim, a MUNI bus driver, regarding a battery. The victim told the officers that the suspect, a passenger, had been harassing him for driving too slow and continued the harassment for over half an hour. The victim called in to MUNI dispatch regarding a unruly passenger and was overheard by the suspect. The suspect confronted the victim and shoved the victim’s face before walking away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
