\nOfficers responded to a report of a suspect trespassing in the backyard. The victim reported that he had been out of the house and driving when he received a security alert of suspicious movement in his backyard. The victim looked at the video and saw the suspect in his backyard. Responding officers located the suspect and after\u00a0<\/span>further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault \u2013 Threats \u2013 Negligent Discharge \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a suicidal person. The victim reported that she and the suspect had gotten into an argument about divorce and the victim wanted the suspect, who was intoxicated, to leave. The suspect responded by taking a gun and threatening to shoot the victim and then himself. The victim walked out of the house in an attempt to get the suspect to follow her but the suspect walked into the backyard instead. Responding officers and a SFPD negotiator arrived at the location and successfully calmed the suspect down before detaining him without incident. A witness, a neighbor, reported that the suspect had discharged a round from his gun before the arrival of the officers. After further investigation, the suspect was mentally evaluated and arrested<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
