Traffic Violation – No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n22nd Ave & Quintara St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle that failed to make a complete stop at a posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver. The driver stated that he was never issued a driver’s license and did not have proof of insurance on him. A computer check confirmed that the driver did not have a license. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were on patrol and observed the suspect attempting to light a glass pipe while the subject was seated next to them with an open container. As the officers approached the suspect and subject, the suspect quickly threw the pipe over a nearby fence. A search of the area nearby revealed the glass pipe, which was filled with cocaine.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
