\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she had hailed a car through a car share application. When the vehicle arrived, the victim waved at the driver and told her that she had to throw out the garbage first. The driver, the suspect, declined to stay and made a U-turn and attempted to leave. The victim flagged down the driver and told them to stop. The driver stopped and immediately claimed that the victim had kicked her vehicle. The suspect then hit the phone out of the victim’s hand and also bit the victim’s hand before driving away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
