Traffic Violation \u2013 Resisting or Obstructing \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers observed a vehicle with heavily tinted windows that was playing music loudly and being driven without a license plate. The officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop but the vehicle failed to slow down or stop for several minutes. When the vehicle finally stopped, the officers approached the vehicle and the driver suddenly jumped out of his vehicle. The officers made numerous orders to the driver, which the driver initially ignored. When the driver finally complied to orders, the driver\u00a0was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Brandishing a Weapon<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n19th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of someone brandishing a fire arm. The victim reported that he was driving when he noticed a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic and told the driver, the suspect, to watch how he was driving before taking a photo of the suspect’s license plate. Shortly afterwards, at a stoplight, the victim walked out of his vehicle and approached the suspect’s vehicle and observed that the suspect was holding on to a gun. The victim immediately returned to his vehicle. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nCapitol Ave & Minerva St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were in the area when they observed a known subject who had an arrest warrant. The officers detained the subject and a computer check on the subject confirmed the warrant. The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
