\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that she was waiting for an Uber pickup while holding on to her phone and had an earphone on when the suspect approached her and demanded the victim’s phone. The victim told the suspect that she was not going to give him her phone and the suspect walked away. The victim stated that the suspect kept his right hand inside his jacket pocket and that there was a bulge in the suspect’s waistband and suspected that he had a gun. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
