Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers were conducting speed enforcement observed a vehicle traveling approximately 53 mph despite a limit of 30mph. The officers used LIDAR and confirmed that the vehicle was speeding. \u00a0The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check revealed that the driver\u2019s license had been suspended. The driver stated that he did not have insurance. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n300 Randolph St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers had prior knowledge that a suspect was wanted for domestic violence and threats out of Oakland and obtained the suspect’s last known location. A search located the suspect and he was detained without incident.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n200 West Portal<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a hospital and made contact with the victim, who had been brought to the hospital by his mother and was accompanied by his brother. The victim’s brother reported that a known suspect had used a bat to hit his brother earlier at West Portal. However, the victim and the victim’s brother refused to provide contact information or further information about the incident.<\/span><\/p>\n
