Assault \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nThe victim entered Taraval Station to report an assault. The victim stated that his roommate, the suspect, had entered the room while the victim was sleeping and grabbed the victim’s neck before punching him several times. The officers responded to the house and located the suspect.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Possession of a Destructive Device \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nSloat Blvd & 21St Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with a temporary registration sticker displayed despite the registration sticker which had expired in 2014. The officers conducted a traffic stop and observed that the passenger was not wearing a seatbelt and was bent over and attempting to hide several items. The driver stated that he had a search condition and that his license had been suspended. A search of the vehicle located a homemade and improvised explosive device. A EOD unit was contacted and they safely deactivated the device before moving it.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the passenger and driver was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
