The officers conducted a computer check on the vehicle and it confirmed that the vehicle\u2019s registration had expired in April. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that the driver&#8217;s license had been suspended. <span style=\"color: #993300;\">The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">Homicide<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">8:53 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\">46th Ave &amp; Moraga St<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Officers responded to a report of a shooting. Responding officers arrived at the location and located the victim, who was on the ground and suffering from gunshot wounds with a witness preforming CPR on the victim. The victim succumbed to his injuries.
