\nOfficers responded to a report of a possible burglary. The victim reported that the suspect had been inside a shared garage before he ran into the lobby area and fled. The victim later observed that the windows to the garage door had been smashed. Responding officers located the suspect, who appeared confused and admitted that he may have fallen and broken the garage windows. <\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to the parking lot of Stonestown regarding a battery. The suspect stated that the he had been crossing the crosswalk when the victim did not completely stop at the posted stop sign. The suspect stated that he confronted the victim and the victim had punched him in response. However, after reviewing footage from nearby cameras, it was determined that the suspect had started the incident by kicking and punching the victim after approaching him. <\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
