\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, an Uber driver, reported that he had picked up the suspect who muttered something under his breath at him as he entered the vehicle. The victim attempted to greet the suspect and confirm the correct drop off location but the suspect replied sarcastically and the victim asked the suspect to get out of his vehicle. The suspect responded angrily and punched the victim before leaving. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a fight. The suspect reported that the victim, a juvenile, was laying across a MUNI bench while watching a movie on his phone. The suspect asked the victim to sit up so that others could also use the MUNI bench. The request was ignored and the suspect moved the victim’s legs a little to get his attention. The victim then stood up and the suspect saw that a pocketknife next to the victim and the suspect pushed the victim away from him. After further investigation, the\u00a0<\/span>suspect was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nLincoln Way & 9th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nTNT officers were conducting an anti-theft operation regarding a stolen bicycle and left a bicycle unattended but under surveillance. The suspect was observed approaching the bicycle and inspecting the tires before getting on it and riding away. The officers detained the suspect and a search revealed multiple stolen items in the suspect’s backpack. <\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
