Unlawfully Causing a Fire \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a fire, which was successfully extinguished by SFFD. The suspect stated that he had wanted to get rid of some of his property but could not find a trash can and set them on fire instead.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Assault with a Gun<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. Responding officers located the victim, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim \u00a0reported that he had invited the suspect, someone he had met online, to his house earlier and the suspect had left soon after arriving. However, the suspect returned shortly after leaving and said that she had accidentally left something at his house. When the victim opened his door, the suspect was with another person who was holding a gun. The victim attempted to run away from the suspects but was shot in the process. The suspects then fled the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that she had gone over to an ex boyfriend’s house to pick up some furniture and utensils. A verbal argument ensued between the victim and the suspect, the current girlfriend of the victim’s ex boyfriend, and the suspect attempted to hit the victim with a hammer. The victim’s ex boyfriend retrieved the hammer from the suspect and the victim left the house without further incident. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
