Robbery with a Gun<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n8:01 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nSan Jose Ave & Lakeview Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim reported that he had been texting on his cell phone with his headphone in his ears when the suspect suddenly walked up to him and pointed a gun at him. In response, the victim fearfully handed his phone to the suspect.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery of a Residence<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:20 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1900 23rd Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a residential robbery. The victim reported that he had been watching TV at home when he heard a suspicious noise from upstairs. The victim then observed the suspect enter his portion of the residence. The victim stated that the suspect held an ax to the victim’s neck before searching the house and stealing the victim’s property. The suspect then left without further incident. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 No License Issued – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n7:47 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n19th Ave & Junipero Serra Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers observed a vehicle driving through a red light without stopping.<\/span>\u00a0The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:00 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1400 21st Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. Responding officers determined that two neighbors had been at odds with each other for over 18 months which then resulted in both of them attacking each other earlier in the evening. After further investigation, both parties were cited for battery. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 No License Issued – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nPlymouth Ave & Broad St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle being driven on the sidewalk for approximately 75 feet before it came to a stop.\u00a0<\/span>The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The driver was cited.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
