Brandishing a Weapon<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a gun being brandished. The victim reported that she had been walking when she observed the suspect urinating on a bush. When the suspect finished, he got into his vehicle and confronted the victim. The victim and suspect exchanged words before the suspect produced a gun and threatened the victim. The suspect then drove away.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Robbery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n4:10 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1600 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a robbery. The victim, a store employee, reported that the the suspect was observed stealing merchandise. The victim confronted the suspect and the suspect responded by threatening the victim with a pair of scissors before fleeing the area.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n00 Josiah Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a trespassing\u00a0report. The victim reported that the suspect had been observed trespassing on the victim’s balcony on three separate occasions. The victim stated that he confronted the suspect each time and the suspect left without incident. Earlier in morning, the suspect was again trespassing on the victim’s balcony and the victim contacted the police. Responding officers located the suspect and after<\/span>\u00a0further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
