Traffic Violation – Driving with No License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n29th Ave & Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol when they observed a vehicle without working lights and an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had never been issued a driver’s license. The driver had also had a history of prior citations for driving without a license.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a gym regarding a trespasser. The witness reported that the suspect, who was not a member of the gym, was sleeping inside the exercise room. The suspect was reluctant to leave but eventually exited the gym. However, when the officers attempted to cite the suspect for trespassing, the suspect refused to accept or sign the citation.\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was later arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
