\nOfficers responded to an incident of a shoplifter inside Target. The witness, a loss prevention agent, stated that two juvenile suspects were observed shoplifting by removing security pegs off of an item and placing the item into their bag. The witness detained the suspects without incident. After further investigation, the responding officers confirmed the identity of the suspects and made contact with their parents. The suspects were cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report on an incident of shoplifting with force. The victim, a store employee, stated that the suspect was observed stealing an item. The victim confronted the suspect outside the store to return the item but the suspect refused and attempted to flee on foot. The victim chased after the suspect but the suspect turned around and punched the victim in his eye. The victim and witnesses successfully detained the suspect without further incident until the responding officers arrived. After an investigation, the <\/span>suspect was identified and arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been walking home and wanted to cross the street but waited for a vehicle, that had been stopped at the stop sign, to proceed first but the vehicle did not. The vehicle and victim then attempted to cross the intersection at the same time. The vehicle drove off but made a u turn to return to the victim and yelled at him. The suspect then exited the vehicle and kicked the victim before driving away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
