Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n19th Ave & Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers observed a known subject, who had a history of burglary and theft, driving around the Stonestown parking lot and conducted a computer check on the vehicle that the subject was driving. The check revealed that the vehicle’s registration had been expired since 2018 despite a current 2019 sticker affixed to the plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the subject revealed that her license had been suspended. <\/span>The subject was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nSanta Clara Ave & St Francis Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle making a right turn without stopping at the posted stop sign. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he had never been issued a driver’s license. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nIrving St & 6th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle pulling in front of a red zone and park directly in front of a fire hydrant before exiting the vehicle and walking away. The officers approached the vehicle, which had it’s windows rolled down and smelled strongly of marijuana. The officers attempted to detain the suspect but the suspect refused to obey the officers’ lawful order. The officers placed the suspect in to handcuffs despite the suspect resisted and struggled. A search of the suspect’s vehicle revealed marijuana that was not properly stored.\u00a0<\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
