Traffic Violation \u2013 Reckless Driving \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nTNT officers in plain clothes were on patrol and observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed, with smoke coming off of a skid mark that it had made. The vehicle then drove through an intersection without stopping at the posted stop sign and proceeded to drive on to a highway in a reckless manner. The vehicle was pulled over by a CHP officer and the officers also cited the driver.<\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim reported that he had been driving behind a slower vehicle and changed lanes to pass the vehicle before re entering the lane again. The slower vehicle’s driver, the suspect, angrily flashed something that looked like a badge at the victim and told the victim to pull over. The victim stopped his vehicle and the suspect approached him while yelling and cursing. The victim felt threatened and drove away. The suspect followed and caught up to the victim and sprayed pepper spray at the victim before driving away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
