Warrant Arrest \u2013 Battery – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n9:37 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n2500 Ocean Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a battery at Walgreens. The victim reported that she had confronted a known subject, who had a history of shoplifting at the store, and the subject responded angrily by spitting at the victim before exiting the store. Responding officers located the subject and a\u00a0<\/span>computer check revealed a warrant for his arrest. The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n9:24 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1300 Irving St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that he had been playing pool inside a bar when the suspect, who was highly intoxicated, created a scene and was asked to leave the bar. The victim exited the bar behind the suspect and the suspect suddenly struck the victim with a scooter. Responding officers located the suspect and a computer check revealed an arrest warrant from San Mateo County. <\/span>\u00a0The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOcean Ave & Ashton Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim, a driver for Uber, stated that he had just made a right turn when he was almost hit by the suspect who had driven around a bus. The victim responded by honking his horn and making a rude gesture at the suspect. The suspect then followed the victim until he stopped at a stoplight and approached him after exiting her vehicle. The victim fearfully attempted to pepper spray the suspect but failed and the victim drove away from the suspect. \u00a0The suspect then re entered her vehicle and used it to hit his vehicle before leaving the area. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n19th Ave & Sloat Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nThe victim came to Taraval Station to report an assault. The victim stated that he was at Stern Grove with a friend, the another victim, when a group of suspects assaulted his friend. The victim attempted to help his friend but the suspects turned their attention to him and punched and kicked him before they left. The victim reported that his cell phone was missing after the incident. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
