\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim, who worked for Lyft, responded to a ride request but discovered that the suspect was extremely intoxicated and refused service. The suspect responded angrily and opened the victim’s car door before grabbing the victim by his shirt and threatening to beat him. The suspect then walked away. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
