\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim stated that he was in a bar about three months ago and had found a phone that belonged to his friend, the suspect, and immediately returned it. However, earlier in the day, the suspect claimed that the victim had stolen his phone and a fight ensued. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fire<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to a report of a fire. Responding officers made contact with the witness, who reported that he had observed something strange outside his front window and saw that one of the nearby trashcans were on fire. SFFD successfully extinguished the fire but heat from the fire caused damages to vehicles that had been parked nearby. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

No Driver\u2019s License Issued \u2013 Traffic Violation – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n19th Ave & Winston Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were conducting speed enforcement when a vehicle was determined, via LIDAR, to have been traveling 52 mph in a 35 mph. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that his license had been expired since December 2018.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0The driver was cited<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that he had been standing on the sidewalk when the suspect walked by him and suddenly punched him in the face. Responding officers arrived at the location and detained the suspect.<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
