Traffic Violation \u2013 Methamphetamine Offense – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n11:33 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOcean Ave & Lakewood Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a vehicle with an expired registration. The officers conducted a traffic stop and the driver identified himself as being on probation with a search condition. A computer check confirmed the probation and a search revealed that the driver was in possession of a small bag of <\/span>methamphetamine. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n1:09 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n100 West Portal Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol and observed a suspect exiting a building while holding on to a can of beer, which was open. The officers followed the suspect who then entered a Walgreens briefly before walking back out. The officers detained the suspect and a search located items in the suspect’s possession that had been stolen from the Walgreens.<\/span>\u00a0A computer check on the suspect also revealed an arrest warrant.<\/span> The suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Traffic Violation \u2013 No License Issued \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:58 pm<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nJunipero Serra Blvd & Font Blvd<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were conducting traffic enforcement with a LIDAR when they observed a vehicle traveling at 53 mph in a 35 mph zone. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that he was never issued a driver\u2019s license. The driver had also been previously cited for the same offense in October 2018. The driver was cited and his vehicle towed.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest \u2013 Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n2200 37th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nA computer check on a known suspect revealed four arrest warrants. Responding officers located the suspect at his residence and observed the suspect driving out of the house. <\/span>\u00a0A traffic stop was conducted and <\/span>the suspect was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n
