\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery. The victim reported that she was moving things out of her office and asked the suspect to help her move some of larger items. The suspect refused before yelling and pushing the victim. Responding officers made contact with the suspect, who denied that the incident happened. <\/span>After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of battery. The victim, a MUNI Inspector, reported that he had been punched by the suspect. The victim stated that the suspect had been sleeping in front of a MUNI employee’s bathroom and had asked the suspect to move out of the way. The suspect angrily yelled at the victim and punched the victim twice in his face.\u00a0<\/span>Officers arrived on scene\u00a0and<\/span>\u00a0after further investigation, the suspect was cited. <\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n200 Vidal Dr<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nYesterday, officers responded to a report of a suspect threatening the victim and pointing a gun at the victim\u2019s head. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. TNT officers responded back to the home\u00a0and arrested the suspect without incident.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of an assault. The victim stated that he had entered a store when the suspect, a worker, started to yell at him. The victim stated that he left the store to avoid further confrontation but the suspect followed him out and continued to yell at him before spraying him with mace. The victim stated that he then walked away and washed the mace off.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
