Traffic Violation \u2013 Suspended Driver\u2019s License \u2013 Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nSagamore St & Capitol Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area and observed a vehicle with black paint covering the license plate. The officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer check on the driver revealed that her license had been suspended. <\/span>The driver was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

Warrant Arrest – Arrested<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\n46th Ave & Taraval St<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers were on patrol in the area when they observed a subject standing in the middle of the street and acting erratically. The subject was detained and a computer check revealed three warrants for his arrest. <\/span>The subject was arrested.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trespassing – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n10:32 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a trespasser. The witness stated that the suspect was no longer welcome on the property. The suspect was advised to leave the property within thirty minutes but the suspect refused. The suspect was cited. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Battery<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n8:56 am<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\n3200 20th Ave<\/span><\/strong><\/span>
\nOfficers responded to a report of a battery with both parties claiming that the other had hit them. The first party, a security officer, responded to a report that a person, the second party, had been inside the bathroom for a long time and went to investigate. The first party stated that the second party was told to leave and the second party kicked the first party’s foot. The second party stated that the first party had yelled at her and was escorting her out when she accidentally stepped on the first party’s foot and that the first party punched her afterwards. Both parties requested that the incident be documented. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
