Trespassing \u2013 Possession of Stolen Property – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers were in the area regarding an incident of trespassing at a school. The suspect, who had previously been observed trespassing and stealing stuffed toys and rubber balls on video surveillance, was located and detained by the responding officers. The suspect was found outside of the school building and holding on to a rubber ball.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0After further investigation, <\/span>the suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers were on patrol and heard a loud scream for help. The officers made contact with the victim, who was crying and reported that the suspect had been following him before pushing him down and stealing the victim’s scooter. The officers located and detained the suspect, a juvenile, and \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0the suspect was cited after further investigation<\/span><\/span>. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
