Shoplifting \u2013 Possession of Stolen Property – Cited<\/span><\/strong><\/span>

\nOfficers responded to the report of a shoplifter. The witness stated that the suspect, who had a previous history of shoplifting at the store, was told to leave but the suspect refused. The suspect proceeded to walk down one aisle of the store and placed multiple items into a bag before leaving and not paying for any of the items. The officers successfully located and detained the suspect. A search also located the items that the suspect had stolen. <\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nOfficers responded to a report of a trespasser. The officers made contact with the suspect, who was inside the victim’s vehicle. The suspect stated that he had found the doors unlocked and went inside the vehicle to sleep.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>The suspect was cited.<\/span><\/p>\n
